Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after being placed. During busy periods, processing times may be extended, and you will be notified of any delays. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the following:
Weight and dimensions of the products in your order.
Delivery location (domestic or international).
For international shipments, shipping fees will be calculated based on the destination country and the size of the order.
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order. Domestic orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days after processing, while international deliveries may take 7–14 business days or longer, depending on customs procedures.
We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that if you're ordering from outside Pakistan, you may be responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that apply to your order. These fees are determined by the customs authority in your country and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. Max Industry Pvt. Ltd. does not control these fees and is not responsible for any additional charges.
We offer several shipping methods depending on your location. The available shipping methods will be displayed during checkout. Please select the shipping method that best suits your needs.
Once we deliver your order to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. Max Industry Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any damages or losses that occur after the carrier has taken possession of the products.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to track your order’s progress. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.
In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to pick it up from the carrier, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to have the order resent. Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of checkout.
Max Industry Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for security or logistical reasons. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you via email and provide a full refund.
