We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to assist you with our return process.

1. Eligibility for Return

You may return most new, unopened items sold by Max Industry Pvt. Ltd. within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused, resalable condition.

2. Non-returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable under the following conditions:

  • Customized or personalized stationery items.

  • Clearance items.

  • Opened packages of consumables (e.g., glue, ink refills, etc.).

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at maxinternationalpak@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your order number.

  • The reason for the return.

Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping address.

Note: Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the return instructions.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 15 business days.

5. Additional Information

  • Processing Time for Returns: 1–2 business days (for initiating returns and processing refunds).

  • Pricing: All prices on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may be subject to change without notice.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
